The last thing anyone wants is to purchase a piece of land only to have planning permission rejected and find out its effectively worthless. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon but the good news is that it is totally avoidable!

A planning appraisal can be conducted by anyone on any piece of land or property, even if you are not the owner. This means that whether you own the land already or wish to purchase some land with a view to building on it we can conduct a planning appraisal.
Our RTPI certified planning consultants are obliged to give you frank and honest advice. If we don’t think your proposed site location would be feasible for your development proposal then we will suggest you either consider an alternative development or a different site.
